I began teaching freestyle aerobics and Step classes, however, transitioned to the Les Mills branded programs in 2003. Although previously certified in Body Step and CX Worx, I am committed to, and enjoy motivating group participants in the Les Mills Body Pump program. I enjoy theme-based classes, costumes, and LOTS of class engagement.

Body Pump gives me the opportunity to use each muscle group with very intentional movements and some added cardio boost. As I age, I love that strength training improves my bone mineral density and protects my joints as I build muscle around them. Group fitness classes here at The Gym are friendly, engaging, and flexible. Regardless of what class, participants will find a combination of strength training and cardio with music and muscles!!
